

Hi, I am Saba! Welcome to stewwithsaba, the foodie world of a recipe developer, Pakistani American. When I am not posting, you can find me doing some fun science labs with my students in a laboratory.
My cooking journey started when I was in junior high and I took a class “home economics.” As intimidated as I was, my excitement didn’t let me quit. The very first dish I made was chicken Korma and rest is the history.
I grew up eating Pakistani food, that’s why most of my cooking rotates around Pakistani spices. However, you’ll also find a little bit of Korean, middle eastern, and Italian cuisines. I love making fusion dishes as well, as I have an extremely picky eater to feed. Follow along so we can share this journey where I can show you what Pakistani cuisine looks like.
