Beef Kebab wraps are kebab, chutney, lettuce, pickles, and any other toppings of your choice wrapped in a flour tortilla. These beef kabob wraps are perfect for school lunches or for any meal.
Add onion, green chilies, green onions, and cilantro in a food processor and pulse it several times. Now Squeeze all of the extra water and add this mixture to the minced beef. Add the rest of the spices mentioned for kabobs and shape them into kabobs.
Add 2 tbsp of oil to a pan and cook on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
Make Sumac onions
To make sumac onions, peel and cut the onions in halves. Thinly slice it and add 1 tbsp of sumac and lemon juice. Mix it well. y You can also use onions as it is.
Make wraps
Chop lettuce, and tomatoes.
Warm up a tortilla, add 1 tbsp of green chutney, layer kabobs, chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and sumac onions.
Fold it from both sides and then roll it to make a wrap. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas and enjoy
