Buffalo chicken sliders
Super Bowl special buffalo chicken sliders can be put together with only a couple of ingredients. This recipe is easy yet a crowd-pleaser.

- 1 lb chicken boiled and shredded about 2.5 cups
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce and more for dipping on the side
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 small red onion
- 2 cups mozzarella or Colby jack (shredded)
- 12 slider buns 1 pack of 12
For garlic butter
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Preheat the oven to 350°F
Peel and thinly slice your onions.
Add butter to a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds.
Now add minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Mix and set it aside.
In your boiled and shredded chicken, add Buffalo sauce and ranch to make a mixture.
Cut the slider buns in half carefully. On the bottom half of the buns add a layer of chicken, then onions and then cheese.
Put the second half of the bun on top. Brush the slider buns with garlic butter and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts at 350°F.
