Ingredients

  • 8 Tortillas uncooked flour tortillas
  • 2 cups oil neutral oil

Instructions

  • Add oil to a frying pan.
  • Once it's hot, add one uncooked flour tortilla and fry until nice and crispy.
  • Cook from both sides and take it out.
  • Rest on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
  • Keep repeating until all the puris are fried.
