- 1 lb Minced Beef
- 10 cloves Garlic peel and mince it
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Sauce
- 3 tbsp Soysauce
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar or regular sugar
Garnish
- 2 Spring Onions finely chopped
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
Get Recipe Ingredients
Peel and finely chop your onion and mince your garlic
Add 2 tbsp of oil to a pan, then add the minced beef. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add black pepper, salt, onion, and minced garlic.
Mix all of the ingredients of the sauce. Add your sauce to the beef and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle green onions, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
Serve it with rice.

- This recipe can be made with steak or minced beef.
- Use brown or regular white sugar.
