Easy Beef Bulgogi

This is an easy beef bulgogi recipe. A perfect balance of sweet, salty, and garlicky flavors. This recipe uses minced beef and can be put together in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Minced Beef
  • 10 cloves Garlic peel and mince it
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Soysauce
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar or regular sugar

Garnish

  • 2 Spring Onions finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Instructions

  • Peel and finely chop your onion and mince your garlic
  • Add 2 tbsp of oil to a pan, then add the minced beef. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Add black pepper, salt, onion, and minced garlic.
  • Mix all of the ingredients of the sauce. Add your sauce to the beef and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Sprinkle green onions, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
  • Serve it with rice.

  1. This recipe can be made with steak or minced beef.
  2. Use brown or regular white sugar.
