Easy Bhuna Keema or Minced Beef

Easy bhuna keema is a minced beef curry made with onions, tomatoes, and spices. This curry can come together in 30 minutes which makes a perfect lunch or dinner for busy days.

Ingredients

Garnish

  • Cilantro
  • 2-3 Green chilies
  • Fresh ginger thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions. Cook for 2 minutes. Add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, and all of the spices.
  • Add tomatoes, and cook them until oil separates. It takes about 4-5 minutes.
  • Add the minced beef and break it down as much as possible.
  • Cook for a couple of minutes until it changes color.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of water. Cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium-low heat.
  • After 15 minutes, the water will evaporate and oil will come out.
  • Garnish with cilantro and green chilies and enjoy.
