Easy Fried Chicken
Fried chicken is one of my favorites and I crave it every so often. Making fried chicken is not easy because of all that coating and dipping etc. This recipe is very easy and it’s also gluten-free.

- 2 lbs Chicken with bones
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/3 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp fennel seed powder
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 crushed green chili adjust according to your taste
- 1 egg
- oil for frying

Fry chicken
Heat oil in a pan.
Add a few pieces of chicken at a time, and fry on medium-low heat for 10-12 minutes or until it’s golden brown.
Enjoy it with green chutney.
Note:
- Larger size chicken pieces will take more time to cook. Try to use smaller size drumsticks or wings for this recipe.
- Add more chilies or peppers to your likings.
