Easy Mango Sago

Ingredients

  • 3 mangoes peeled and diced
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sago pearls
  • Water to boil the sago
  • 1 jar nata de coco or coconut jelly

Instructions

  • Add 6 cups of water to a saucepan, once it comes to a bowl, add sago pearls and cook for 10 minutes. Then turn off the heat and cover with a lid. Let them sit for 10-12 minutes
  • Drain the sago pearl and rinse with cold water.
  • Drain the jar of coconut jelly and peel and cut mangoes into cubes.
  • In a blender add 2/3 of chopped mangoes, coconut milk, and condensed milk. Mix until well combined.
  • In a large serving bowl add remaining 1/3 mangoes, coconut jelly, and mango purée. Mix it well.
  • Let it chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours and enjoy.
