Green Chutney
Green herbs such as cilantro and mint is blended with green chilies, salt and cumin powder. Green mixture is then mixed with yogurt to make a thick and creamy chutney.

- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 green chili adjust according to your likings
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds or cumin powder
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 1 tsp lemon juice optional
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add all the ingredients and 1 tbsp of water to a blender.
Once blended, transfer to a bowl and mix with the yogurt.
Adjust the salt according to your liking, and enjoy.
- Adjust green chilies and salt according to your taste
- Don't add all the yogurt to the blender because the chutney will not be thick.
- You can blend it first with water or a little bit of yogurt and then mix it with the rest of it.
