- 12 oz package of frozen corn
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red chili
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 package cream cheese 8 oz
- 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice I used colby jack
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3-4 Jalapeño
- sriracha
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add butter in a pan and let it melt over medium heat.
Now add a package of frozen corn, also add salt, chili, cumin, black pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
Mix everything and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Now add mayonnaise, cream cheese and shredded cheese. Mix until well combined, lower the heat.
Add 1/4 cup of heavy cream, more chili powder and sliced Jalapeño.
Add Sriracha on top and enjoy.
