Keema Patties

Keema patties are my favorite childhood snack. Puff pastry is filled with flavorful minced beef filling and then baked until nice and golden. A perfect appetizer for Ramadan or any other occasion.

Instructions

Thaw your puff pastry

Shape your puff pastry pockets

  • Preheat your oven at 400F.
  • Role thawed puff pastry and cut the sheet into six sections.
  • Add 1 tbsp of filling in each section and fold the sides. Use a fork to make a pattern along the edges.

Egg wash

Bake

  • Layer filled puff pastry on a baking paper lined tray. Bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes or until golden and enjoy.
