Keema Patties
Keema patties are my favorite childhood snack. Puff pastry is filled with flavorful minced beef filling and then baked until nice and golden. A perfect appetizer for Ramadan or any other occasion.

Add 1/2 cup of water, cover, and cook for 6-7 minutes on a low flame.
After 7 minutes dry all of the excess water and add lemon juice and fresh cilantro. Let it cool down.
Shape your puff pastry pockets
Preheat your oven at 400F.
Role thawed puff pastry and cut the sheet into six sections.
