An extremely easy and flavorful McChicken burger recipe that will be added to your weekly rotation. You can freeze the patty for easy dinner and lunch.

Ingredients

For coating

For sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tsp mustard paste

For assembling

  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 5 Burger buns

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add chicken, salt, black pepper, onion, and garlic powder.
  • Make a paste and divide it into 5 sections, put it on a sheet lined with parchment or baking paper.
  • Apply a little water to your hand and press the paste down to shape it into patties.
  • Leave patties in the freezer for about 30 minutes to solidify.
  • Meanwhile, cut your lettuce.
  • Mix your mayonnaise and mustard to make the sauce
  • Combine all-purpose flour and spices and set it aside.
  • Once your patties are frozen, coat them in the all-purpose flour and shake off any excess
  • Then, in the remaining all-purpose flour, add water to make a paste.
  • Heat oil for deep frying
  • Once oil is heated, dip the patties into the batter and fry for 3-4 minutes per side or until light golden
  • Toast buns in a pan with a little bit of oil
  • Now apply sauce on the bun, put your chicken patty, then a layer of lettuce, and the top bun.
  • Enjoy right away
