In a food processor, add chicken, salt, black pepper, onion, and garlic powder.
Make a paste and divide it into 5 sections, put it on a sheet lined with parchment or baking paper.
Apply a little water to your hand and press the paste down to shape it into patties.
Leave patties in the freezer for about 30 minutes to solidify.
Meanwhile, cut your lettuce.
Mix your mayonnaise and mustard to make the sauce
Combine all-purpose flour and spices and set it aside.
Once your patties are frozen, coat them in the all-purpose flour and shake off any excess
Then, in the remaining all-purpose flour, add water to make a paste.
Heat oil for deep frying
Once oil is heated, dip the patties into the batter and fry for 3-4 minutes per side or until light golden
Toast buns in a pan with a little bit of oil
Now apply sauce on the bun, put your chicken patty, then a layer of lettuce, and the top bun.
