- 1.2 lbs lamb or goat meat (about 500 grams)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 2 cups water or as needed
- 2 tbsp oil vegetable
- Few green chilies optional
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add meat, ginger garlic, salt, and water to a pan. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes then lower the heat and cook for about 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
Now add oil and green chilies
Over high heat dry all of the water and enjoy.
You can also make it in the instant pot or oven.
For the instant pot add only 1 cup of water as it takes less water but for the pressure cooker adjust it according to your pot.
