Ingredients for tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion diced
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes or to taste
- 1 spring onion

Peel and dice the onion. Also, chop tomatoes.
In a pan over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil.
Now add diced onion and saute until translucent. About 5-6 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes and the rest of the spices. Mix it well. Cover and cook over low heat until it becomes a sauce. It will take anywhere between 10-15 minutes.
Move the sauce to the side with the help of a spatula to create a little well and crack an egg in it. Do the same for the rest of the eggs.
Cover and cook over medium heat for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and enjoy.
