Ingredients

  • 1 lbs boneless chicken
  • 1 small size red onion
  • 2 jalapeno peppers or more
  • 1/4 cup oil

  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Also, peel and slice your onion. Slice green chilies.

Marinate the chicken

  • Combine all the ingredients mentioned in the marinate in a bowl. Now marinate the chicken with this marinade.

Cook Chicken

  • Heat oil in a pan, and add the marinated chicken. Cook on high heat for about 7-8 minutes.
  • Now add onion slices and green chilies and cook for 4-5 minutes over high heat. The chicken curry is ready.
