Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 Green chili or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro

Instructions

  • Add cilantro, green chilies, salt, and 2 tbsp of yogurt into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the blended mixture to a bowl and mix with the remaining yogurt. Green chutney is ready.
  • Adjust the salt according to your liking and enjoy.

Notes

Note:
  1. Adjust green chilies and salt according to your taste.
  2. Don’t add all the yogurt to the blender because the chutney will not be thick.
  3. Blend the ingredients with a little bit of yogurt and then mix it with the rest of it.
