Wash and pat dry lamb chops.
Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chops overnight or for at least 30 minutes.
Take out the chops from the freezer at least 30 minutes before cooking.
Heat your grill at 350°F, and grill for 8-9 minutes per side.
Serve with green chutney.
