Anda Paratha

Anda paratha is a very popular Pakistani breakfast that many people enjoy to start their day. I made this easy version, which takes minimum effort, as the paratha is already ready and can be found in most grocery stores. To prepare this dish, make a fluffy omelet using fresh eggs, and put the warm paratha on top of it. You can enhance the flavor by adding spices or vegetables to the omelet, such as diced tomatoes, onions, or green chilies. Once everything is ready, roll it up tightly to create a delicious and satisfying meal that combines the richness of the omelet with the flaky texture of the paratha.

How to serve Anda Paratha

I like to serve this and paratha with a cup of Pakistani Chai, as the combination perfectly complements one another. The crispy, flaky texture of the paratha pairs beautifully with warm and sweet chai, making it an ideal breakfast or snack choice. I often add a side of tangy pickles or yogurt, which adds a refreshing contrast and elevates the meal to a whole new level.
