Beef Kebob wraps are made with kabob, chutney, lettuce, pickles, and any other toppings of your choice wrapped in a flour tortilla. Minced Beef kebabs/kabobs are so versatile, quick, and easy to make. You can make these kabobs on the grill during summer, or pan-fry it. I like pan-frying because it is quick and easy and turns out moist every time. These beef kabob wraps are perfect for school lunches or for any meal. I also like how versatile these wraps are. You can add anything you like.

Ingredients of Kabobs
Ground Beef
It’s essential to use beef with some amount of fat in it. 20% fat and 80% meat will give you a softer and more succulent kebab. You can make kabobs in advance and then quickly put everything together for a quick meal.
Onions
Finely chopped onions help with the flavor and also bind the kebabs/kabobs. The minced onion will release a lot of water and the kebabs will break. If you prefer to use minced onions then squeeze all of the excess water. In this recipe, I have added onion, green chilies, green onions, and cilantro in a food processor and pulse it several times.I did use minced onion but before adding the mixture to the beef I squeezed all of the excess water. Simply add minced onions into a strainer and with the help of a spatula press it down to squeeze excess water.

Air fry VS Pan Fry
Yes, you can air fry these kebabs and they turn out yummy every single time. Air fryer is easier but I think pan-fried kabobs turn out more juicy.
Can you Freeze these kebabs/kabobs?
You may freeze the kabobs after cooking and cooling them down. Just make sure to put it into an airtight bag or container. Thaw them in a fridge before using them.
Other ingredients of Beef Kabob Wraps
I like to serve kebab wraps with some Sumac onions, green chutney, lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes. Feel free to use any toppings of your choice.
Bread for Beef Kebob wraps
I used flour tortillas from a Mexican store but any flour tortilla will be a good choice for beef kebab wraps.

Green Chutney
I used green chutney in this recipe. Feel free to use any other sauce of your choice.
