How to make Jalapeño poppers
Cook your chicken
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, red chili, and cumin-coriander powder, and then cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until it is fully cooked through. You can add any seasoning of your choice.
Seed the Jalapeños
Now seeding the Jalapeños is a bit tricky. Make your to wear gloves and be careful when making the slit in the Jalapeños. I like to leave a few seeds in it because I like spicy food. You can also cut the peppers in half if you like.
Cheese filling
For the cheese filling, I used a mixture of Colby and pepper jack along with cream cheese. Cream cheese will help with the binding and easy filling. You can also use some heavy cream instead of cream cheese
Coating for peppers
We need all-purpose flour, eggs, and seasoned bread crumbs. It is important to season all of the layers. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to all the coating ingredients and, mix well. Coat the peppers in all-purpose flour, then egg and bread crumbs. dip in the egg and again in the bread crumbs for a thicker coating
Freeze the Jalapeños
For easy frying make sure to leave the Jalapeños in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes. Once ready to fry take them out. This allows the peppers to retain their shape while frying, ensuring a crispy and evenly cooked result.
Frying
You need about 4-5 cups of oil because we will deep fry these jalapeños. For deep frying, it is important to use neutral oil such as canola, vegetable, or grape seed oil. Heat oil to 375F before frying and fry until nice and golden.

Instructions
Cook chicken
- Mix all of the spices and apply them to the chicken. Add 1 tbsp oil to a pan and cook chicken until it is cooked through, 3-4 minutes per side on medium heat. Then cut it into 6 slices.
Seed Jalapenos
- Cut in the middle of a jalapeno only halfway through and remove the seeds carefully without breaking them. I like spicy so I left a few seeds in there.

- Now leave the coated jalapenos in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Fry poppers
- Heat oil and fry stuffed jalapenos for 7-8 minutes on medium heat.
