Start by roasting your coriander and cumin seeds and crush them to make powder.
Add all of the ingredients to the minced beef except for oil. Mix everything and marinate it overnight or for at least 30 minutes.
Use the back of a wooden spoon to shape kebabs.
Add oil to a pan and fry kebabs on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Serve them with green chutney and pickled onions.
Note:
- Take 1 tbsp of coriander and 1 tbsp of cumin seeds. Add to a pan and dry roast for 4-5 minutes on medium-low heat. Once they become fragrant and change color take them off the stove and grind them.
- Use a thick skewer or the handle of the spoon to shape the kebabs. It will help them to cook evenly.
