Beef Kebabs are my childhood favorite, I have tried many times to achieve that same flavor, and after many tries, I was able to achieve something that is not exact but very close to the taste. This recipe does require some chopping and cutting, but I found it therapeutic. Try this recipe which will not disappoint you.

What are kebabs?
Kebab or kabob is a cooked meat originating in the middle east. Kebabs can be made with cut-up or minced meat. Today I’m sharing a recipe for minced beef kebabs. Minced Beef kebabs are so versatile, quick, and easy to make. You can make this on the grill or pan-fry it. I like pan-frying because it is quick and easy, and kebabs turn out moist.

Ingredients for Beef Kebabs

Minced Beef
It’s essential to use beef with some amount of fat in it. 20% fat and 80% meat will give you a softer and more succulent kebab.
Onions
Finely chopped onions help with the flavor and also bind the kebabs. The minced onion will release a lot of water, and the kebabs will break. If you prefer minced onions, then squeeze all of the excess water from the onions before adding to the beef.

Air fry Kebabs?
Yes, you can air fry these kebabs, and they turn out yummy every time. For air frying preheat the air fryer and cook at high temperature.

Can you Freeze these beef kebabs?
Yes, you may freeze them after cooking and cooling down. Just make sure to put it into an airtight bag or container. Thaw them in a fridge before using them.

What to serve with the kebabs?
I like to serve kebabs with masala onions, green chutney, and naan. These can be enjoyed with rice and a side salad.
