Chapli kabob sliders are bite-sized treats that are quick and easy to make. Mix ground meat with spices and onions, then shape into small patties. Cook them until browned, toast mini burger buns and add a tangy sauce like green chutney and imli ki chutney. Place a Chapli kabob patty on top, and top with lettuce, tomato, and onions.

Ingredients for Chapli Kabob

Beef
I used 80% lean beef and 20% fat. Fat gives this kebab a rich flavor that it is famous for. I would not recommend using only lean beef because then the flavor we are trying to achieve will not be possible.
Tomatoes and onions
Onions are essential for this recipe. I used yellow onion and a tomato.Tomatoes give these kabobs a sourness and make it juicy. Crush them with a food processor and squeeze all of water before adding to the beef mixture.
Ginger-garlic paste and cilantro
Use fresh or frozen homemade ginger-garlic paste. I do not recommend using crushed store-bought ginger and garlic. Also, add half a bunch of cilantro for some freshness.
Oil
I used olive oil because it’s just shallow frying, but I would not recommend using olive oil for deep-fried recipes.
Dry roasted Chickpea flour
I used 2 tbsp of dry roasted chickpea flour. To dry roast the flour, add it to a pan and then roast it on a medium-low flame while stirring constantly until it becomes fragrant. It will take about 3-4 minutes.
Dry roasted Cumin and coriander powder
The secret to the irresistible taste of these sliders lies in the unique blend of spices used to season the ground meat. I dry-roasted the whole cumin and coriander seeds, then ground them coarsely before adding them to the beef mixture.

Ingredients for sliders

Slider buns
I used slider buns that are not sweet but feel free to use any type of buns that suits your preferences.

Toppings
The toppings I chose are red onion, imli and green chutney. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. if you want to take it to the next level, don’t forget to add a generous dollop of mayonnaise and a drizzle of ketchup. It’s a winning combination that will leave your taste buds craving for more.
